Welcome, I’m Margaret!

(she/they)

I know what it’s like to feel lost, untethered to self and others, insecure and shame, and struggling to make sense of this wild journey of life. I am committed to accompanying myself and others on our birthright of healing and landing in acceptance of who we are. Right now, I do this work as a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate, though I believe healing isn’t confined or determined by therapy, credentials, and looking up to someone for the answer.

As corny as it sounds, you are the answer. You are the medicine. You are the creation and creator. Your authenticity is your magic and superpower. It is greatly needed by you & all of us! You hold intersections of wisdom and pain, oppression and expansion. These are already constructed avenues within you for personal and collective liberation.

I believe that healing happens in relationship. So, in my therapy work, I hold space for you to engage in your healing. To witness you. To encourage you to take steps towards your personal power. To provide tools that bring exploration into new perspectives and ways of being. To validate the grief, excitement, and all the feelings in releasing what is no longer needed and calling in what is needed. To gently challenge you to meet your brilliance.

I too come to this work holding intersections of privilege, power, pleasure, hurt, and pain. I am a white, queer, neurodivergent (ADHD and OCD), ex-Catholic, 2nd generational and bilingual Italian, spiritual & magic wielder, lover of art, music, poetry, and movement. I am committed to holding anti-oppression, liberation, abolition, transformative justice, body and land sovereignty in my practice. Know that I am continually learning, adapting, coming up against my own edges of bias, ego, and privilege.

It is in an honor to be in this work together.
